RETURN POLICY

We accept authorized returns within Ten (10) business days from the date on the receipt of RMA(Return Merchandise Authorizations) unless otherwise specified. 

All the authorized returns must include all the items or components that were there in the original package, and all the components must be unused and in their original condition. All the returned items or components must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to user error or incorrect installation. Best Use Auto Parts LLC will not be held responsible for installation or labour expenses, towing expenses, or any additional repair expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. We do not cover shipping amounts or labor.

In the event of a warranty claim, an Engine Diagnostic Report is required from an ASE Certified Automotive facility. We are not responsible for improper installation and or labor charges.

If you have received a wrong or damaged item, kindly repackage the item(s) in the original container and get back to us as soon as possible. We recommend that as soon as you receive your order, kindly go over or inspect all the shipping part(s) or package(s) and items thoroughly for any signs of damage, missing, or incorrect parts. Kindly reach out to us through call (956-307-4649) or Live Chat with our customer service team so we can assist you through the process of return for replacement or refund. All the warranty provided by us(Best Use Auto Parts LLC) for any damaged, incorrect parts will be void after 10 business days, regardless of which party is at fault. We are not answerable for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company. Warranty is void if the engine is returned with the heat tabs missing or melted out or disassembled without express written authorization.

RMA's number

As soon as we receive your order details, we will be sending you the RMA's number(s) along with return shipping instructions will be sent through email. An RMA number is required to track and process the return. Kindly expect our customer care agents in case any additional information is required

Refund Processing

Refunds are generally processed and credited in 24-72 business hours from the time our warehouse receives your part(s) or package(s). Once the returned part(s) has/have been inspected and checked by our mechanics, the refund will be initiated by us through the same mode (or payment method) you used to buy the product. You'll be receiving a mail to confirm that refund is initiated. Returns maybe subject to a 30% Restocking Fee, If the mode of payment was debit or credit card then it may take up to seven business days to reflect on your account.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation may hinder if your order has been confirmed, packed and shipped. Don't worry we (Best Use Auto Parts LLC) will do our best to commission the cancellation of your order, but if for any reason we'll not be able to do so then, you may return the order. Kindly go through our Return Policy for further details. You may cancel the order any time before receiving our confirmation either through email or call. Nevertheless, once your order has been confirmed, within 24 hours order(s) will be processed for shipment. Therefore, we (Best Use Auto Parts LLC) will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of email or call confirmation. Order cancellation may be subject to a 30% Restocking fee.
