RETURN & CANCELLATIONS POLICY​

Everything you need to know about our Return & Cancellation Policy

BUAP Policy One

Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be available for return. Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. PARTS ARE UNIQUELY IDENTIFIED BY MARKINGS ON THE PART. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Best Use Auto Parts representative) will not be refunded. ALL PROBLEMS MUST BE IN WRITING via MAIL, EMAIL OR FAX to verify a problem with a particular part or installation.

BUAP Policy Two

If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify our customer service department. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING A RMA. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Best Use Auto Parts must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned.

BUAP Policy Three

The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Items returned to Best Use Auto Parts will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer’s expense.

BUAP Policy Four

Refund request will be initiated the same day and the receipt will be shared to the registered Email address in one hour of the request. However, the amount will reflect in your bank account in 4-5 business days. We stand behind our warranties and want to make you, our customer, at ease when purchasing a used auto part. BUAP Policy Five

Once the part is either shipped or delivered and has no defect or damage but is still cancelled on customers request there will be a 30% restocking fee on the Invoice amount as we offer free shipping to any business across the nation.

BUAP Policy Six

Once the item is returned we will gladly issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part. When the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.
