WE DO NOT COVER LABOUR COSTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
30 DAYS WARRANTY
WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF THE PARTS ARE NOT RETURNED TO US IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE SOLD ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEES, AND ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SELLER
ALL PROBLEMS MUST BE IN WRITING via MAIL, EMAIL, OR FAX to verify a problem with a particular part or installation. Once the part arrives and if you do not have
the equipment to unload the part we will go ahead and arrange that, which will be an additional cost of $200.00, this amount will be charged on your card apart from the Invoice amount.
As the shipping team will not unload the part if you do not have any equipment and also because we do not want any damage on the part while being delivered or unloaded.
If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify our customer service department or the Support Team.
DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING AN RMA.
Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Best Use Auto Parts LLC must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned.
The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA.
The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA.
Items returned to Best Use Auto Parts LLC will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer’s expense.
Once the item is returned, we will gladly issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part when the item returned is
inspected and upon approval, a credit request will be forwarded to accounting.
Customer refunds are issued only when the returned part has been verified and inspected by the Warehouse.

Standard Warranty Period
Best Use Auto Parts provides a Standard 30 Days Warranty to cover defective parts and items sent incorrectly. The 60 Days Warranty option, if available and purchased, extends the Standard Warranty Duration by 60 days. Customers can opt for an extended warranty for 6-12 months depending on the Year/ Make/ Model. All other terms and considerations remain the same under the 30- and 60-Days Warranty. Activation of warranty and part installation by customer/purchaser within the specified duration from delivery receipt to the shipping address on record signifies product and warranty acceptance.
Unit Installation and Activation of Warranty
Both activations of warranty and installation of units are required within 15 days from delivery receipt to the shipping address on record. The Warranty must be activated for any of the warranty terms and conditions to be valid and enforceable.
BUAP Warranty Policy
Engines are complete assemblies including manifolds, oil pan, timing belts, and covers, fuel injection, or carburetor, we guarantee only the long block. The manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, are not.
Accessories such as but not limited to Turbos, Starters, air compressors, alternator, power steering pumps, optical distributors, or electric water pumps are usually not included nor under warranty in regards to the sale and/or warranty of an engine. If these parts are purchased separately, they will be under warranty. Other items that may need to be replaced are the water pump, distributor cap, spark plugs wires, and possibly timing chain. Best used Auto Parts will not be held liable for these parts listed as they are considered high-wear parts.
Instrument and Speedometer Clusters: We do not guarantee mileage. For particular vehicles such as but not limited to Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac the customer will be required to take the cluster to a dealership to have the unit reprogrammed.
Best Use Auto Parts will not return or refund any units until the customer can provide written documentation from an Authorized Dealer proving the part was reprogrammed and still not functioning properly.
Carburetors: We guarantee only the ability to be rebuilt.
Rotors are guaranteed to be machinable only since normal use can leave them slightly warped. They will be guaranteed against cracks or non-machinable surface damage.
Cylinder heads are guaranteed to not be warped or cracked. Rings and valves may need to be re-machined.
Orders of “Block Only” (Short or Long Block) are guaranteed to be rebuildable only.
Electrical items such as engine computers and body control modules, transmission modules, transfer case modules are only guaranteed to have the correct manufacturer part number and are not sold for testing purposes. All electrical items have a replacement warranty only. Up to one replacement will be sent to rectify a non-working module. Modules may need to be reset by the dealer. In the event, this is required the part cannot be returned until verified by the dealer that the part has been reset properly. Electrical parts that have been modified in any way will not be refunded.
Struts are sold with a working condition warranty only. We do not guarantee the actual ride quality of the shocks or springs. We do guarantee that the springs and strut tower will be in working condition. However, shocks may need to be replaced to improve ride quality.
Control arms are guaranteed to be true and straight. Any rubber bushings or non-metal parts attached to control arms are not guaranteed.
Bushings and Ball Joints are not guaranteed on parts
Transmissions: We guarantee that it will shift properly, gears to be good and bearings to be good. Thoroughly clean all components of the transmission including the oil pan before assembly. Replace oil and filter in all automatic transmissions. You must replace ALL seals and gaskets before installation. Flush & flow test cooler and lines. Fully engage torque converter in-front pump. For manual transmission, you must install a new clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder. You must also have your flywheel turned in before installation. Fill and check the fluid to ensure proper levels
Seals in turbos are not guaranteed to be perfect. These seals may need replacing during the warranty period.
Doors are complete assemblies however they are not guaranteed to come with such accessories as windows, window regulators, handles, hinges, or interior panels. We only guarantee the door shell.
Other body parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and header panels are not guaranteed to come with hinges, hood ornaments, latches, trim, headlights, or grilles.
Specific colors may be requested for body parts, but a color match is not guaranteed. We recommend that body parts be repainted to match your vehicle. Body parts that do not match the color of your vehicle will not be available for return for that reason.
We offer a complete 30-day warranty for all A Grade TESTED parts from the time it is delivered.
If in case of any defect or damage the warranty covers a complete REFUND or a REPLACEMENT Policy.
Customers can opt for an extended warranty for 6-12 months depending on the Year/ Make/ Model.

Notes / Terms
• Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects within the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers,
and oil pumps. We don’t warranty any attached accessory parts, like switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets, flywheel, etc. Diesel Engines: We don’t cover injectors, high-Pressure oil pumps, high-pressure fuel injectors, or the other part which isn’t a part of the core engine as defined above.
• In the event of a guaranty claim, an Engine Diagnostic Report is required from an ASE Certified Automotive facility. An Engine Diagnostic Report is sent to you or your ASE Certified Automotive facility if a diagnostic report isn’t available.
• We aren’t chargeable or accountable for improper installation and or labor charges.
• All returned parts or canceled orders are subject to 30% handling and processing fees plus the customer assumes all

• We don’t warranty oil leaks/damage on engines or transmissions due to non replaced seals, gaskets, or filters.
• OEM auto parts are interchangeable with multiple years, makes and models which suggest the identical part is a precise suited

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Any engine and transmission returned not within the same assembled condition because it was received won’t be refunded under any circumstance. If the engine or transmission is disassembled in any way without our express written authorization
it’ll void the warranty.
• Engines are tested, visually inspected, and cleaned.
• If you were charged a core fee, you’ll not be refunded if there are cracks or holes within the block or head or if the engine is
disassembled, or if not returned within 30 days.
Notes / Terms
• This warranty applies only to the used Engine. This warranty shall not apply to or include the following:
• Repair or replacement required as a results of any accident or misuse.
• Repair or replacement of any engine item, including specifically, without limitation, to all or any components of the cooling, fuel,
Electrical, engine system, and every one mechanism components, belts, hoses, and filters.
• Any engine used for competition racing or related purposes.
• Any engine which has been repaired or remodeled to which any device or accessory not conforming to original
manufacturer Specifications are installed.
• Warranty doesn’t apply to any engine damaged as results of overheating or lack of lubrication. The warranty is going to be void on any engine returned with the warmth tabs missing or melted out. Heat tabs will melt at 260 degrees and above.
• Any warranty repairs must be authorized by AAPS and can be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Upon submitting the Warranty Claim, you need to submit documentation, PRN during the Claim process, within 5
Business days or your claim are going to be denied, no exceptions. Furthermore, the continued operation of the vehicle
after a difficulty has been identified will void the Warranty Claim.
• If we elect to interchange your engine with another engine, the replacement is taken into account to be a repair of the first unit.
• YOUR ORIGINAL DATE OF INSTALLATION and MILEAGE AT that point REMAINS IN EFFECT.
All terms and conditions of this warranty are subject to proper “activation of warranty” as follows:
The activation requirements must be completed within 15 calendar days from the delivery date of the engine or transmission as recorded by the shipping carrier’s documentation indicating the customer’s delivery acceptance. To activate the warranty, customers must email an image or photocopy of the installing mechanics invoice showing warranty installation requirements have been fully satisfied. The customer or purchaser must also email an image or photocopy taken of the vehicle dashboard odometer, showing the vehicle’s current mileage. E-mail must be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Best Use Auto Parts will send email confirmation to the customer to confirm successful receipt of both images/photocopies. Email confirmation from Best Use Auto Parts does not constitute warranty terms, conditions, or activation requirements that have been met. In case of a total breakdown of a delivered unit, Best Use Auto Parts’ obligation is limited to repairing or replacing components covered under this warranty. If replacement of a covered component is required and a replacement component is not available, Best Use Auto Parts reserves the right to pay the customer the cost of the replacement component’s value, not to exceed the original purchase price. Best Use Auto Parts, at its sole discretion, may opt to replace the original unit with another used assembly of like kind and quality. Replacement of any part or transmission or engine covered under this warranty will be considered a repair and will not change the original length of time or term of the warranty based on the original purchase date.
Best Use Auto Parts warrants to the original purchaser that the engine purchased will be free from cracks in the block, free from knocking, excessive oil consumption, and will be subject to the following terms and conditions. The Engine warranty covers the block, heads, and all internal components.
Components NOT covered under warranty include all bolt-on accessories, wiring, sensors, or ancillary items that may have been inadvertently shipped with the engine. The following internal components of gasoline or diesel engines are covered: pistons pins, crankshaft, and main bearings connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, push rods, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters, and rocker arm shafts.
The engine block and cylinder heads are covered only if damaged by a covered component. The following components of the automatic or manual transmission are covered: torque converter, oil pump, governor, drums, planetaries, sun gear & shell, springs, shafts, bearings, shift rails, forks, synchronizers. We guarantee transmissions will shift properly, gears to be good and bearings to be good. Thoroughly clean all components of the transmission including the oil pan before assembly. What’s not covered and Exclusions
Leaking gaskets or seals are not covered. All claims or damage resulting from failure to maintain proper coolant, fluid, refrigerant, or lubrication levels, overheating of any type, abuse, negligence, freezing, personal damages, fire, flood, vandalism, theft, collision, acts of God, competition, or racing, usages not approved by the vehicle manufacturer, improper load capacity, or improper towing, damages caused by contaminated fluids, coolants, or lubricants for any reason, misuse, road conditions, riots or acts of war are not covered. Claims occurring outside the United States are not covered. Once a claim has been initiated, the purchaser may not continue to operate the vehicle until a claim determination or decision has been made by Best Use Auto Parts; the continued operation will void the claim. Any work or repair done to the vehicle without prior written authorization from Best Use Auto Parts is not considered an authorized claim and will not be covered. Incidental or consequential damages such as physical injuries or property damages, medical expenses, telephone or rental charges, lost wages or earnings, freight, shipping or towing of a vehicle, or anything associated in the way of per diem expenses, accommodation, or storage fees is not covered under this warranty. All commercial, for-hire use, sporting, or competitive use is not covered. All breakdowns caused by mechanical alterations not meeting the manufacturer’s specifications are not covered. Factory recalls or resultant breakdowns are not covered. Transmission clutches and clutch plates are not covered under this agreement. Breakdowns due to a covered part already replaced under this warranty. Any cost or expense associated with obtaining repair estimates or work performed to determine cost or estimate for repair is not covered. Any defective parts must be made available for inspection upon Best Use Auto Parts request. Breakdowns caused by excessive wear and tear for the year and mileage of the vehicle are not covered under this warranty. Breakdowns that occurred while under another warranty of any kind are not covered. Breakdowns covered by manufacturer warranty or recall, distributor or repairs guarantee, any other written warranty, government or court orders, decrees or settlements, or any valid or collectible insurance policy are not covered. Improper engine or transmission installation or installation by a non-ASE Certified mechanic. We do not warranty oil leaks/damage on engines or transmissions due to non-replaced seals, gaskets, or filters. Any failure due to transmission coolant lines not being flushed at the time of installation is not covered. Transmission may need to be relearned, reset, or flashed by the dealer and may need electronic valve body replaced, this is not covered External switches and sensors on transmissions are not covered. Though our parts are cleaned, the external appearance of an engine or transmission may include dirt, oil, rust, or other debris; this is not uncommon in the industry. The external visual appearance is not covered.
Acceptable records documenting the purchaser’s adherence to the vehicle manufacturer’s required maintenance are required in the event of a warranty claim. Acceptable records must be: issues on the date of maintenance, issued in the name of the purchaser, be signed by the purchaser, be electronically generated, issued by the commercial Automotive service facility performing the maintenance, include mileage, date, vehicle identification number, year, make and model, and include a record of payment and service performed. Handwritten information on records, receipts, or repair orders, about or documenting required maintenance is not acceptable.
All warranty claims must be filed within the warranty period and include diagnostic print-out from an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified mechanic and mechanics installation invoice with receipts showing CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY requirements have been met. E-mail full name and contact information with all paperwork and photo-copy image of all receipts to email@example.com A representative will contact you within 24-48 business hours, subject to major holidays.
The customer must provide and is responsible for: installing new seals and gaskets at the time of engine or transmission installation, including a new thermostat, timing belt/chain, water pump, and oil pump at the time of engine installation. Seals in turbos are not guaranteed to be perfect and may need replacing during the warranty period. Transmission coolant lines must be flushed or the warranty will be void. RADs with engine coolers and oil coolers must be replaced. Transmission may need to be relearned, reset, or flashed by the dealer and may need an electronic valve body replaced. Engines and transmissions must be installed by an ASE Certified mechanic. Incorrectly ordered parts or canceled orders, for any reason, are the customer’s responsibility. No refunds or credits are allowed, under any circumstances, for returned engines and transmissions not in their original assembly and condition as shipped to the customer.
Choice of Law and Venue
All questions concerning our legal matters concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, and enforceability of this Agreement, whether in a court of law or arbitration, shall be governed by and construed and enforced following the laws of the State of Mercer Island, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply.

Mileage is not guaranteed and is correct to the best of our knowledge. The typical delivery time is 7-14 Business Days. Unusual circumstances may require additional time. Residential deliveries incur additional shipping charges unless alternatives are pre-arranged. OEM parts are interchangeable with multiple years, makes, and models, thus the same part is an exact fit for multiple makes and models as determined by OEM standards. We guarantee the part we sell to fit your vehicle. This warranty is not transferable. All deposits are non-refundable. There is no warranty on the appearance of parts. Payment Terms Opening orders must be prepaid unless applying for credit. Any order of $3,000 or less must be paid by credit card. Credit applications for net 30 terms require 2 weeks for processing. In that we use Amerisource as our factor, they determine creditworthiness and credit limits. Orders will not be processed for production until payment arrangements have been finalized. We accept most major credit cards. A 3% service fee will be added to any orders that are paid by credit card after the term of the invoice. For payments under $3000, we accept and virtually process all Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Master card, or discover, etc) over the phone or we can send you an email link so that you can pay securely online by Credit or Debit card. For orders over $3000, we accept wire transfers. We can provide the wire instructions by email, or you can just call us from your bank, and we can give the wire instructions to your banker right over the phone. The purchaser is required to self-acquired and remit Use tax due on all purchases for which Sales tax has not been collected by Best Use Auto Parts We stand by our warranties and make sure that our valued customers are at ease when purchasing auto parts from us. Shipping and Tracking
Logistics & Carriers Partners
Best Use Auto Parts will use its judgment to choose both carrier and route unless specific instructions are provided at the time of order placement. Best Use Auto Parts attempts to comply with reasonable special instructions and delivery requests if they do not conflict with Best Use Auto Parts terms and conditions. Our products are all packed in 300lb. test boxes approved by our freight carriers. bulk packages all items and larger orders of multiple boxes will be banned to skids for additional protection against damage. Requests for individual boxing or special labeling will require a quote for an upcharge. The parts that are shipped initially are borne by the company and we do not charge our customers for non-freight items. Any parts that are shipped and are not accepted by the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. In 3-4 Business Days Best Use Auto Parts will share the Tracking- ID on the verified contact details Via Email or Text and from this point onwards the customers can track their orders by themselves. If parts are damaged during shipping from our end, we take care of the claim with the shipping company. Similarly, the customer is responsible for any damage incurred if/when the parts are shipped back. (For further information, please read the RETURN POLICY)
Most orders are shipped by a common carrier. Freight charges, which include packaging and handling, will be added to the customer invoice. Orders are billed at 15% freight, or $100.00 (minimum), whichever is greater. Any orders, where size and weight allow for UPS/FedEx shipping. Best Use Auto Parts is happy to consider customer requests and specifications if they are in keeping with Best Use Auto Parts requirements and policy to ensure safe and damage-free shipping. Any special freight charges incurred during delivery by the carrier for storage, residential delivery, interline service, liftback trucks, and/or driver assistance will be billed separately. These charges are non-deductible. Best Use Auto Parts involvement, however a 5% packaging and handling charge will be added to the invoice. Freight prices apply to the continental USA only. Freight and export charges for outside the continental United States require advanced quoting.
BUAP Order Process
There are customer concerns and issues when it comes down to online shopping, especially when it comes to such huge transactions. When it comes to us, we’ve had more than 11 successful years in this business and we’ve rejoiced in it only because our sales point is achieving good customer experience too. We follow this practice to avoid any sort of miscommunication and to give you a good customer experience! Everything is DOCUMENTED and you will be notified at every stage regarding the process of your order until delivered.

The verification team will verify the same so there is no margin of error in shipping.
The Billing team will share with you an Invoice with all the details regarding your purchase.

Once we get the approval is when we go ahead and charge your card and start the shipping process.
In about 3-4 business days of your order being processed, we will have the TRACKING-ID shared with you and also the pictures before the part is SHIPPED and in the next 3-4 business days from then, you should have your product delivered.
BUAP CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY
Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be available for return. Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. Parts are uniquely identified by markings on the parts. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Best Use Auto Parts representative) will not be refunded.
All problems must be in writing via MAIL, EMAIL, or FAX to verify a problem with a particular part or installation.
If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part, please notify our customer service department. Do not send the package before receiving an RMA. Once the part is either shipped or delivered and has no defect or damage but is still canceled on the customer’s request there will be a 30% restocking fee on the Invoice amount as we offer free shipping to any business across the nation. Damages and freight Claim Procedures While damages are a rare occurrence, please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival. Please note any damages/shortages on the bill of lading before you sign for receipt of the shipment. Best Use Auto Parts will file the freight claim. Any concealed or obvious damage and/or shortage must be reported to the Customer Service Department at Best Use Auto Parts no later than 3 days after customer receipt. Once reported, Best Use Auto Parts will provide customers with additional instructions as to how the situation is to be rectified. In cases of damaged products, please save the original container, do not sign, and do reject the shipment, until the customer service issue is resolved, also share a few pictures of the damaged product during shipping; this will act as proof for all freight claims, which will further ease and fasten the refund process.
